I just finished bottling up my all Munich malt IPA. It finished very dry at 1.010 with an ABV of 6.4%, but due to the malt and New Belgium strain of yeast it retains a sweet finish. The Polish hops are really nice too, with a pleasant noble aroma similar to halletauer, but with a mild licorice note in the finish. It should make for a good drinker.

That sounds incredible. Actually hummus and IPA is one of my favorite warm weather snacks.
