Today I farted around the kitchen and made some Salsa Verde.
Two roasted tomatillos
1 lb green chiles
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1/2 medium onion
clove garlic
dash of pepper
dash of salt
That all went in the food processor and got whirred up. A dash of lime wouldn't be bad for next time. It was pretty mild overall and had a lot of different flavors working in it. Went well with the fajitas. I might make some enchiladas from the leftover or I'll just eat it with a spoon straight up and asphyxiate during the night,
