I'm guessing that their excuse is that all bets are off, procedure-wise, during the summer interim. Honestly I wouldn't even want to be reinstated because I'd have to continue living with someone who I basically feel betrayed me, and who let people be turned out into the street just because she was "uncomfortable" briefly. I guess I was talking about how I missed travelling anyway...so now I'm stuck doing just that.
