Once again, I am unable to fall asleep. I have to be up in six hours, and I've taken everything I have in my apartment that could put me to sleep.
I've been trying to get to sleep for four hours. Ambien didn't do anything. I think I may need to stop taking it for a month or so. Flogging the dolphin didn't help, either.
