Such a clean machine
With the pistons a pumpin'
And the hub caps all gleam

When I'm holdin' your wheel
All I hear is your gear
When my hand's on your grease gun
Oh it's like a disease son

I'm in love with my car
Gotta feel for my automobile
Get a grip on my boy racer rollbar
Such a...

South Sound Speedway (Rochester, WA; I-5 exit 88) is THE place for:

1) Auto racing enthusiasts.
2) People who will pay $3 for a cup of MGD.
3) Jabba-esque spectators who envelop their bleacher seats.
4) Trailery-looking chicks.
5) Me!

Okay, choices this weekend are stock car racing (*2* local venues,) the Tumwater rubber duck release and taking an introductory kayaking class. Oh yeah, and some John Cusak movie entitled "Max." Anyone heard of that?

Eventually I'll have to make some friends around here. bok

Still living in the camper (the noun I prefer to "trailer") -it's all fine except for when I need to press...

A controversial film about a young Adolf Hitler.Controversial because it portrays him as a human being instead of a fuming monster. You should see it because I want to see it. Oh yeah , after that Kayaking

Okay, so I'm in Olympia. But the family living in the house I'm supposed to rent is STILL HERE! My choice was either a guest room or a camper in the driveway. It's not a cool AirStream, but it's mine. Sort of. And it's free.

I don't think I'll have to be at work until July 1st. Any diversions would be welcomed: cell #360 280-8820....

well ok...that porkchop kinda made my stomach ill, but you crush up a bunch of the vegetable crackers and pour 'em in to mix 'em in the goop..it's good. I swear!
and if you think the DM is bad...you should get ahold of some Austex brand stew.

so you been walking out of your trailer in the am in boxers and sandals with black socks on? hee hee hee

Took an enchanting tour of Mlle. GB's places of employ, saw The Matrix: Reloaded, dined at Char-Grill and then did my share to support the American barley industry, ending up at the legendary Jackpot. I probably could have skipped the Kamikaze from the slurpee machine,

hello, where art thou???
noncomdrone:
Mlle.GB has so many occupations, which place of employ did you tour? I would have to say that My (and yes, my does deserve capitals) favorite would be the Rockford. The Cubana is what dreams are made of.

How was the sianai? I passed it twice... "Hated it!" not to sound too Wayans.
p.s. Iraq was a let down. holla' back, yo.

For those few Internet shutins who persist in following my meanderings, the cruise control went in pretty easily and worked first try!

My impossibly yellow Integra Type-R fired up on the first try after 11 months in storage! Now I just need to install that cruise control kit. Why do I see myself flying west in I-80, throttle stuck wide open, waiting to run out of gas so I can stop?

Okay, the knee: I was walking and talking to our cute veterinarian at North Camp, Egypt. In trying to step over a low, decorative rope "fence," I caught my right toe under the line, and fell forward. All of my corpulent mass was directed onto a single, flexed knee. The tissue split like a ripe grape, right down to the joint capsule.
