I saw some of Israel yesterday and today. I was swooning at the sight of the IDF's fairer members, shopping in a mall with Galils, M-4s and M-16s slung across their backs, wearing fatigues. What is it about a capable woman that's so alluring?
Though hard to imagine, the Palestinians have reached a new level of indiscrimminate slaughter: 5 American students whose only mistake was to seek an education in proximity of the snake's den that hopes to be "Palestine." If I weren't legally prohibited from doing so I'd be in Israel right now, helping to build the wall which will someday contain this insane, malignant zealotry within the Palestinian enclaves.
In the meantime I can take some comfort in contributing to the security of Israel's border with Egypt.

It's so scary to me to watch the news and know you're so close to that!! It seems like they report a new suicide bombing in Israel every day.
