Early signs of infection are crampy lower abdominal pain, nausea but no vomiting, and myalgias/arthralgias. Ultimately one suffers multiple, malodorous, copious fluid bowel movements.
Ick.
I spent all night and day with it. I feel 10lbs lighter.
