I'm off to the Sinai tomorrow, doing my part to help enforce Jimmy Carter's 1979 Camp David deal between Egypt's Anwar Sadat and Israel's Menachem Begin. I'm guessing he was hoping to give away their canal like he gave away ours. But at least there's ONE country that's not working (overtly) towards Israel's destruction. I think.
I've sent ahead a few trusty shortwave radios and a mountain bike, and have been assured we can buy beer. I'll wear desert camouflage every day for a year. I can only imagine it'll be a good time!
I should be back up on the 'net within a week or two with my own line. The Army undoubtedly has a nipple filter or something similar which will sound alarms if I log onto SG from my clinic.
