so it's happened, i have quit smoking again and also caffiene, with caffine i found myself waking up at all hours of the night and couldn't get back to sleep so i bought some pg tips dcaf and it's almost identical tasting which is rather splendid.

the non-smoking is really for several reasons mainly the health issue, i mean i don't want to be climing up a hill in china and be huffing and puffing, so i have decided to go back to the gym too,

so lets see how the new and improved skys works out, i have not really felt myself recently so hopefully once all these toxins get out of my body then i can feel like myself again.

i also have a job interview at borders on sat too, this would be cool to get this job as i have a book fetish......really nothing sexual but i do spend rather a lot of time in this store, so maybe some cheap books for travelling,

not long to go until i fly out to china to start mybig adventure travelling the world with my sis. so obviously i'll keep you all up to date with that.
