okay, so yay, in case u don't know, i m in maryland...i'm just kinda couch surfing for the time being, in b-more, columbia, ellicott city, etc. just another quicky update (i'll get around to a thruough one eventually!)...my cell phone / communicator is a new orleans number, so my service is still very unreliable. sometimes i get a call, sometimes not....

actually it was lots of fun...i was with some really great people, some of whome i got to know just because of this, we had wild adventures and travelings, everyone i know is okay, and i had already lost basically all of my possessions just before this, so i have little to worry about. my appt is even probably STILL dry since last we checked, after the storm. i'm a little displaced and travel-weary now, but that's easily taken care of, and i'm actually back in my home town visiting my extended family of freaky friends far sooner than i ever imagined i'd be able to. cry not for me argentina, others have it five bazillion times worse, and i'm actually into all this terrible destructive apocalyptic shit, and fairly smart and resourcefull. i just hope new orleans is habitiable again before too long so i can move back to my new home and help make it all new orleansy again!)
