How did you become a Sommelier?

I had been a VP at a large financial institution that I will not identify but it rhymes Shittybank. I spent the better part of the last two decades in corporate technology. I work for banks, brokerage houses, and insurance companies. Never ever work for an insurance company it is like the land of the walking dead, a coma ward, or a geriatric center.

As of last December I was laid off - oh almost a year. I was paid through mid-March and given a very generous severance package.

The last few months have been spent looking for a business to buy. I am now looking at one seriously it maybe time for the accountants and lawyers.
