I seem to have once again gotten myself tangled up in the Current Events boards.
I like to (try (and usually fail) to) poke holes in peoples' logic more than I like to debate the subjects themselves. This often leads to people lazily misinterpreting my statements:
A: Is circumcision wrong?
B: I think people should be able to raise their children however they want.
ME: I disagree. For instance, I think parents should not be allowed to raise their children with electric cattle prods.
C: Circumcision and cattle prods are hardly equivalent!
ME: D'oh!

Plans have been made for Sunday. I got a 1:30 reservation. I made it for 3 - do you think I should add anybody? I didn't know of anyone offhand who might want to join us.
