Woohoo! Drunken update! Gah, I can't even type properly right now, I keep hitting the key NEXT to the one I actually want (fortunately I'm proficient enough with the backspace key to cover up).
So I wanted to go to Osaka/Kyoto to say goodbye to Fenchurch cuz her time in Japan is up, but she was booked solid (as I figured she would be, I remember I was totally busy doing stuff with all my friends before we went back to our respective countries at the end of the semester). Instead I kept my previous engagements and had a totally rockin' time.
Yesterday was supposed to be a beach party. Then it was supposed to rain, so the beach party was cancelled. Then it totally didn't rain, so I went out with a bunch of ppl who live in the "Dirty South", as we call our area. We got gelato, hit up Sake World, went bowling, had dinner at a swanky French restaurant, and went back to one of our apts for chocolate martinis. All in all an awesome day, even if my sexy vintage pumps totally rubbed my toes raw when I was running to catch the last train home.
Today I went rice planting with a friend of mine. The beach party was also rescheduled. I thought I'd have to miss it, but fortunately rice planting was over by 12:00. By 1:00 I was on my way to the beach. I got to wear a new bikini, meet new awesome people, take a dip in the ocean, eat a lot, and drink a lot. I just got home about 20 min ago, took a shower, and am still very much feeling the booze, and it's quite awesome. I'm also listening to Lovage, which my ex turned me on to, so I'm wondering if I should drunk-email (the equiv of drunk dialing from here) my ex. I just want to say hi, but I probably have enough sense to know that it's a bad idea. He DID send me a birthday card, though... but I imagine he's still a train wreck, like he was when we split. Oh well, w'ever, I had an awesome, busy weekend.

Lovage is a bland herb, I think it would be a bad idea for the drunk email I guess thats a bit late to say but you know. Having been a train wreck before in my life the emails I received either crushed my human spirit or defacated on it. Maybe thats just me though.
