BIZ-NARRE.
an ex of mine with which i have a rather bad history and who introduced me to a blog site three or four years ago just updated his journal after a year hiatus or so. Let it be said that I also have not checked to see if he had updated in at least a year. Yet, this morning, bored and caffeinated, i had a caprice to see if he had. And he had. That very day. This is a somewhat boring fact, but still strange.
I should be getting a shirt in the mail for free soon, something-tum-tiddly-tomething about being a vulva superstar. it's for a book promotion recently talked about on Salon.com. I'm hoping to be able to wear it to a party soon as a conversation piece for when my shy-shilly-sillies get the best of my tongue.
Most depressing recent movie i've seen: The Magdalene Sisters. Couldn't be touched for at least a day afterwards. Queasy molesting Irish nuns and Catholic cruelty. Lots of enforced laundry slave-age.
Cherries: God's gassiest fruit?
Spiders: Bane of my existence?
Painting: Activity which will rescue me from phantom-tollbooth-doldrums?
I'm hitting the bottom of the money-barrel again. It's depressing, mainly because i had become accustomed to not freaking out every time i withdrew a twenty from the ATM.
Pickles: Yum.
And some old remixes:
