It's been awhile since I typed out a blog. Life's been crazy, no time to breath, let alone type. So here's the quick recap of the last two mouth.
My back is feel much better, but not 100%. I haven't been to a doctor since I that ass of a surgeon. Why? No money, thing are tight. Still walking with a cane.

The search for the comfortable chair, damn I know that feeling, I ended up lieing on the floor too but the dogs took that as a invitation to play and get petted, causing more pain !
go to PT, take your pain killers, move slow and carefull . you should feel better soon.
