Went out and finally got a veil. Put on my dress and I felt pretty. Beautiful really.
And it's so good to put on that dress and be plagued with thoughts about my ex and the wedding that never happened. It felt RIGHT, good, perfect.
The last time I tried on the dress in 2005 more than a month before when I was supposed to get married, I looked at myself in a huge mirror and it didn't feel right. That was even before Eric came into the picture.
Now, a year and a half later, with Eric, everthing's excatly how it should be.
