I'm back in Nice, trying to get close to a beautiful girl I met here last month. It seems to be a massive learning curve. As far as I can tell, she seems to like me, but is doing nothing until I reveal myself. This, of course could all be a cunning ploy to see if I wuss out on her and 'declare' my love for her, at which point I can only see her dust, or perhaps she is really genuine and super careful. Either way, it's kind of odd, when you go on a couple of dates with someone and end up making out, and staying over, and having a lovely intimate time with them, then the next time you see them, it's like it never happened, and it's back to square one.

Can you imaging going for a drink with someone, who doesn't speak your language, so you are speaking in theirs, only they are super shy to start with, so it's up to you ignite the conversation. Wow, but that's tough.
Hmmm, I'm not holding my breath!
