This weekend I cleaned out my closet. I ended up with 6 very large trash bags stuffed full of clothing to donate to several charitable organizations, and a closet full of space I never even thought I had.
Also, I found this in my closet and my entire month has been made.

Well, once you guys are in the area, we'll do steak. There's a pretty good butcher shop just down the street, so it isn't as pricey. Of course it doesn't really compare to steak prices out in your region.
