Thanks to those of you who've checked in on me over the last week. I've been in a weird place lately from super upbeat to super depressed like I'm on some fucked up roller coaster fucking with my mood. At any rate, that's hopefully (fingers crossed) over now and I can resume normal transmissions from my vantage point here in the frozen tundra that is Chicago currently. Many thanks to those that reached out and commented on this topic including @chroi @neyona @lorry and others but seriously, I appreciate it!
I'm working very hard these days to churn out a new album's worth of tracks that I hope will be bangers but we'll see once we finish up. I'm convinced I'm going to have to do these tracks alone however as I'm not really feeling any of the collaborative work I've done with other people lately and I think it's just best to do them myself and follow through on the vision I had in my mind at the onset of these ideas and not have them edited, rearranged or compromised by others this time around. I usually work with others, like a lot of the time so this is going to be a welcome change for me personally. Rarely do I get to indulge my musical ideas these days and I want to return to that frame of mind so I'm going to!
@naru_blu you've been infinitely patient with me and my working on tracks to send your way and I appreciate it! I know you're busy with the music you're working on currently so I know it isn't a big issue if I take my time with these versions I keep reworking for you! Just know I'm still at it and will get them done at some point =)
