the many can't destroy the few

waiting for the next fix
wanting the bullshit to be real
and it's not
it just brings you down
hearing them talk ceaslessly about nothing
knowing that it doesn't matter
creativity is dying
the few are drowning
under opressive fists
hating the new order of things
and would you stand up and fight?
voice your opinion and live on through your words
or live out your days in true obscurity
and forget that you even existed
remember that many of the "few" have died for your freedom
and that no one is worth that right
deliver yourself from normalcy
make every day a new and exciting thing
revel in the world as it stands before you
