Time for a new entry I think.
Well, since missing out on the PhD funding, I've been putting all my efforts into sorting something useful to do with the next year (while I wait till next time round).
In the short term this has meant moving back home, but I am planning to get loads of work experience and attempt to get some of my work published. (really need to earn some money too...)
But I've already got a Total Film placement for the end of September and a possible visiting lecturer job early next year (only a week or so of lessons but great cv material for applying for the PhD).
With all this going on, I'm still trying to write my dissertation on John Waters. Only another 10,000 words to go!

Sounds like it should all be good then! I totally forgot to tell you that we saw your film, congratulations there was one really gross film though that I dont even want to say what it was about! Good to see yours though, nice and tense!
