Someone brought it to my attention today that I have no hobbies, no real interests and have been living in one big fat routine for that last year. I have forgotten about all the things that made me "me" and kept me sane. At first I tried to deny it but, after a few tries I just stopped cause I knew ever thing he was saying was so very true. He wasn't saying any of this to hurt my feelings but, just out of concern.

I think I've let becoming a mom take over me. I mean being a mom is the best thing that has ever happened to me and is the most important experience I will ever go through. I love my boy more then anything.

As I'm writing this I can't help but think of how I grew up. Nothing spontaneous or exciting ever accrued. So for my son sake and mine I'm taking back "myself". I mean somebody has to teach the boy the value of a 80's film and send him to day care with a mohawk.
