it has been one week with no smokes! it feels great! I have all this energy and can breathe, and i can smell stuff and taste stuff. I should have done this years ago!!!! I have been drinking Licorice tea and Herbal tea to take the edge off. that works pretty well. I have been looking for Licorice root sticks all over richmond and Henrico, and cannot find them. so I just ordered a bunch online. those things are great. and they take the edge off. anyhoo, Feelin' pretty good.
