"When you see the Robot Devil, tell him I'm-a comin'!"
I think I'll go to the bookstore today. I have to try to find a copy of Gibson's Burning Chrome, which is a book of short stories which includes "Johnny Mnemonic." This is the first appearance of Molly Millions, "razor girl," who I believe was ripped off wholesale for The Matrix.
Pretty soon my mother and sister will be living for Montana for a week and a half, and I will have the house to myself. Yay! I'm pretty much left to my own devices whether they're here or not, but it'll be nice to have no one around for a while. I just wish MathGirl wasn't so damned busy and I could get her to come up here for the week.
I really need a teapot. I'd like a tetsubin, but at this point in my life I can't justify spending $100 on a teapot. Perhaps someone would like to buy one for me? I'll need some tea cups to go with it; not the beaker shaped ones. I'd prefer some that are more bowl shaped.
Wow...is it really Friday? Once again I have no plans for the weekend. Maybe I'll get a chance to converse with Luke. Dumbass.
Not much else to say right now, I'm afraid. Perhaps more later.
So have a wonderful weekend everyone!
UPDATE: I've returned from the bookstore. They didn't have Burning Chrome, but I did get Mona Lisa Overdrive and The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide the the Galaxy. These should keep me occupied for a couple of days.

I used to be really good at wasting days, when I had no reason not to, and I didn't know how much better it felt not to.
