Why do I have to get up at 6 in the morning because I cant' sleep any more? Despite the fact that I went to bed at 1 am; apparently I can only sleep for 4 or 5 hours at a time.
But I'll probably go back to bed around 8 or so.
I also want some pickles. Not just any pickles. I would give anything I own for some of my grandmother's Virginia chunk sweet pickles. Or for one of her warm, buttery dinner rolls.
I must make myself write out a bunch of thank you cards today. Then I must address them, stamp them, and get them in the mail. What a pain!
Oh well. At least it's the weekend.
