I was playing around with Photoshop this morning. You can see the results in my profile pic. I'm still not sure if I like it - I may need to change the posterization setting things. Make the shadows more subtle, maybe.

I received a rejection letter the other day from the University of Iowa at Iowa City. This does not leave me feeling well. Not to be arrogant, but my academic record is extremely good. Not just GPA, but honors projects and such. And I've been rejected by Iowa.
This may be a good thing, as I didn't want to live in Iowa anyway, but it doesn't leave me hopeful about my other prospective schools. Maybe I'll end up working for the Geek Squad or something if I'm not accepted.
I gave a talk at this speaking competition today - don't even get me started on the evils of PowerPoint.
Despite all this, things are going fairly well, though - I wouldn't want to let everyone think my life is crap. I even have a new SG friend! That makes two. I'm so proud!
