On Saturday JustLostOne and I got to go to Six Flags Great America!! It was my first time at this six flags location, soo much fun! We rode almost every roller coaster there. This location has twice as many roller coasters than the one in Denver has. As much as I love roller coasters, my favorite rides are the ones that spin around and around and swing up and down like crazy. Sadly, no one would go on any of those kind of rides with me and I didn't wanna be the loner kid on the ride by myself so I didn't get to ride any of the good ones. That's alright though because we played some games and JustLostOne won me a "My little Pony" stuffed animal. Hehe.
I wanted to win one of the giant stuffed animals at the ring toss games but I'm convinced that game is rigged. After two buckets of rings and four different people tossing them using all different methods, not one single ring even seemed to come close to topping the bottles. Laaame.
I got to hang out with Kraven a few times last week which was awesome! We went on a couple adventures, as well as played a massive load of bomberman. I didn't think to take any pictures but we should have. We will take some when she comes to hang out this week!
One of the days she came over, we heard the ice cream truck outside and I decided to run after it. I made it all the way across the street before he took off down the block. Damn the ice cream man!!! Kraven tried to console me by telling me we could go to the ice cream shop but that's just not the point.
Hehe.
October is getting super close and I'm soo excited!!! I really want to go to the comic con in New York. I definitely cannot afford airline tickets which were priced at $300 round trip last time I checked, but I may be able to scrap up some money for the greyhound bus which is only $125 round trip. It is a 20 hour ride though. Ugh. So if anyone feels like helping me get to New York because it's awesome, let me know!!
I'm trying to convince Kraven to come with me because honestly I don't think I can do a 20 hour bus ride alone as well as make it around a huge city alone. Plus, anytime with Kraven is a good time.
So I'm officially making a "Help get Kraven and Shyla to New York Fund", I'm not asking anyone for anything but if you feel like you Need to help out, hehe!!
Brooklyn messaged me today about going to New York and said I could hang out with her while I'm there and shoot another set which would be AWESOME!!! I love hanging out with her and shooting with her is amazing! So if I make it to New York that's going to have to happen!
Alright enough about that....here's a video I thought of when riding the roller coasters on Sunday.
Here is a drawing/painting my roommate Curtis and I made the other night while Kraven was over. We were feeling artsy and this is what we came up with. We had made one earlier in the night that flowed together better, meaning, we took turn on each side but with this one we ended up staying on our sides of the page. Not sure why...haha.
