Nothing like a little bike ride to burn off those Xmas chocolates.
Did a short but hilly ride this morning, 40 miles and 2000ft of climbing and boy do my legs know about it lol Oh well, won't hit my targets by sitting in front of the telly.
My mileage target is 2500miles, it may not be a lot for some people, but it's a good effort for me.

And this evening, i did a 4 mile walk, haven't walked that far for a while
