Ok. I'm 65. I spend most of 4 days a week driving an 18 wheeler, my schedule is changeing to 5 days. On Mon & Wed I was trying to get to 5 miles of walking from app. 2 miles. I try to stay fairly Low Carb, but the Oat Bars that I eat do throw that into a cocked hat. Best advice to drop 30lbs.
