yo, i'm working the SNFU show tonite, so i'll see a few of you heads there tonite.
you want to hear something scary? this is how fucked up mommy earth is becoming.
here, in vancouver(well, actually on the west coast of the island, jordan river to be exact), there have been two recent shark sightings.
now, for anyone who has never been in these waters, it's fukin cold. when we surf, we put on 7 ml wetsuits, boots, and hoods. otherwise you'd get hypothermia in 4 minutes.
having said that, there is no way any shark can handle that kind of cold, so the fact that they have been spotted here means that the waters are warming and they are making their way up from cali and oregon. this freaks the shit out of the bros. not only do we have freezing waters, tempermental waves, and psyco seals, now there is a possibility of sharks. that was always one thing we could laugh about.
this could be just a freak of nature. and i hope to high waters that it is.
i wouldn't be surprised if someday a fisherman caught a shark and when they cut it open, inside they found a whole person. and inside the human they found a baby shark. life feeds on life.......

uh...about the sharks:I thought that Great white would be common up there BUT!!!!......I have read about the changes in their usual migration patterns due to lack of food...maybe they are after all the seals...you could not pay me enough money to surf around a bunch of seals,its a horror movie waiting to happen...I know that we have had sightings of Whites offshore Jax., as close as 9 miles...talk about scary shit...i mean we know that there are sharks in the water and FL being shark bits capital of the world but 99% of them would just send ya for stitchs not killl ya
