So it turns out that I'm not wanted in Arizona but in fact wanted in a county just south of me here in good old Georgia. I got zapped by one of those traffic cams last year and now I'm in the hole for $70. This pisses me off for a number of reasons: 1) Seventy fucking dollars??? Even if I wasn't unemployed and broke, thats a lot for a ticket, especially for a first offense. 2) They're busting me for making a right turn on a red light in Ga? Last time I checked, I thought it was legal to do that here. Guess not. 3) I got caught by a camera? So you mean to tell me you coppers aren't even willing to risk a high-speed chase through the city to give me this shit? I call that being just plain lazy. Put my tax dollars to work you pussies! This is my first run-in with the law and it wasn't even a run-in. What would you call this? A technology bust? 4) Why did this come to me from Arizona to begin with? Is that where you people meet to sit and throw darts at people's drivers licenses to see who's gonna be next to get fucked over? You suck Clayton County. So now I gotta bum a ride all the way down to Jonesboro to pay a fine that I don't even remember being involved in. And why am I gonna pay it? Because fighting it would be a huge waste of time. The hugest waste. But I digress. I appreciate the concern, support and advice I've gotten from people that cared enough to actually read my tantrum about this.
