Today was a very untypical day for Shelly....
I got off my fat ass, stepped away from the computer and televison...
and Dorwayin and I went to the park and engaged in physical activity!
This included rock climbing...well...almost.
Rollerskating ( though no Xanadu soundtrack in the background, but i still rock the backwards skate)
a little nature walk, and some disrobing along the way because one never gets to old to be a semi exhibitionist
but i'll spare you any photos of my ass this time
hhmmm...... and i didn't even mention anything about movies
there's always next time.....

I took a leaf out of your book yesterday and spent the whole day cycling through a forest. Hooray for un-needed bouts of physical exertion! Ouch I'm saddle-sore today though- I'm out of practice!
Peter Ackroyd has written a biography of London. I like this similarly.
