i realized i shouldn't waste time with regrets, bad thoughts, and self hate.
forget about the past, stop worrying about the future, focus on now and just love yourself.
how to love yourself:
feed your body real food. eliminate or limit your intake of processed foods.
water. and lot's of it. ditch the sodas (or keep them at a minimum) and replace it with water and tea.
exercise. take your pick. a daily walk, an invigorating run, a mindful yoga practice, an hour of dance central on kinect. whatever it may be, stay active = stay young.
