And we really need a corporate death penalty. Also, as someone who ons an LLC, there NEED to be limitations on how much incorporation can shield individuals from responsibility for the actions they take with the company. When a car runs onto the sidewalk killing pedestrians we don't prosecute the CAR, we prosecute the DRIVER. And these fuckers are driving machines much more powerful and dangerous than any car.
