That is a terrible bummer, but Im sure we all understand how it goes. Makes me think of when I was poor and would have to take cigarette butts out of the ash tray to feed my addiction for a couple of days til I got paid. Ugh horrible feeling. I work in the computer field,and love it. You already have one of the tools that used a lot : your pc . There are a lot of books out there to get you a good start in the field and there are user groups in every city that run on weekend that are free. Hope I've been some help. I am just now finally getting past this flu/cold thing that has had me in bed for the past 3 days-yuck...I hate taking medicine because of the way it messes with your brain...but damn do I hate being sick with no relief.

drugs are just too fake and manipulative for me--they (to me) are like people you just cannot stand to be around because they are so shallow and ignorant. If I have to-I will take ibuprofin for the wierd horrid pain in my joints or for lady pains..otherwise I try to steer clear-had myself in enough trouble before with those types of vices.
it is so beautiful in Ohio today...seems like almost an oxymoron-but it is...nice breeze and lots of sun...now just if there were anything to do...that might help...
