Well life is going a little better at work and in my normal life.
Went to a comedy night and it was cool on wednesday. Got stupidly drunk, went into work at 7am still a bit pissed and had a shower there as I was stayin at a b&b. I looked like death all day, thank god i work flexi hours and left at 15.30 and headed home and got to bed. Also as a note don't ever drink JD and bacardi shots mixed together it tastes shit, another point if anyone offers those two, you ask him/her if you're a fairy and get you a proper shot like a sambuca or bourbon. I have a slight theory me and a mate left and went to a club and we danced till late to dodgy morrocan music. In that theory I also believe I thought I was Justin Timberlake, yes I know.
Also I think we should all gather together and ask the sun to come out and play for alot longer please.
I hope everything is going well for everyone.
UPDATE August 6th
Just wanted tosay hadn't realised that a group I started has just gone up and has been up for a week, EEEEEEjit that i am have finally started a topic to introduce it.
Its called 2nd gen and its a group for the sons and daughters of immigrants to a foriegn country who are born their and are a mixture of their parents heritage and the heritage of the country they were born/brought up in.
Also of note something that got me into starting this group was a book a member of the extended family wrote called 'While There Is Light'. Actually pretty good and I understand where he is coming from even though he is of a different era and age of thinking. A great place to think about what british asians are feeling about in life especially in this heated climate of life in the world today
