I met him once when he came into the talent agency where I was working a few years back. He was agent-shopping, I believe (and with good reason, obviously). This was before The Surreal Life. He is really short and has a certain air of superiority that someone who hasn't done anything noteworthy in at least 15 years isn't really entitled to.
