"My Summer of Love" was good, though. Hot in places and kinda tough in places. . . you know, your typical lesbian coming of age story. You'll root for the main character Mona (Lisa), though, if you go see it. She is one tough chick who will always bounce back!

I think it's gonna be a remake of the musical since several of the people who are on Broadway are in the movie cast. Wouldn't it be cool if it were like a 50s campy movie musical? The first movie was in parts, but not the whole thing.

and as for my journal entry about my mother... it doesn't offend me that she prays for me, and i know she cares in her own strange way BUT it's not a happy feeling when your own mother tells you that the devil is after your soul and your life is going nowhere but down and you're going to end up doing hardcore porn then end up dead in a ditch because of course everyone knows that exotic dancing and SG leads to porno films & death.
and she's disappointed in me. sigh. it's disappointing to be at least somewhat happy with where you are in life but have other people disappointed in you. especially parents. i don't know. maybe it's just me. hope you have a good day!!
