Saw Dinosaur Jr. the other night. Great live band, left my ears ringing for most of the following day. As I get older, I think my opinion of moshing has shifted. I used to enjoy the punk pits I engaged in when I was a kid, but sometimes now I find the shows they appear at and the nature of the pit is pretty questionable. NIN at Pemberton Festival last year was borderline dangerous; people were willfully volunteering themselves for bruises and sprains. I know, I was in the pit for 5 songs before I'd had enough. Anyone in the pit couldn't even really enjoy or look at the band, because we were all too busy not falling over or being trampled. Have you seen of the people in the pits? Ogres do exist.

I dont tweet it seems boring.. i find myself more around the speakers these days as well. although it never hurts to jump in and get roughed up a bit .
Always great to talk to someone else who likes games. xx
