@eisesara It's getting there. I'm starting to be able to move my neck around normally with only mild pain so hopefully the neck pain should be gone tomorrow or the day after. Not gonna oversleep on my couch again.😁
My neck pain was definitely absent during work last night with the occasional spasm pain, but I felt good for the most part. That is until I got home. My pains back and I can't move my neck to the right that much at the moment and it's too cold to go to dollar general to get ibuprofen. Gotta love winter.

Why? Insomnia makes your quality of life much worse. First you try a sleep mask, a heavy blanket, special sounds (that you talk about). Please try all these things.

My neck's still in pain, the dollar general brand of ibuprofen doesn't do squat, and we had snowfall again. The temperature just dropped back down so the moment of warm 40 to 50 degree weather we had the past couple of days was short lived. I just know the winter weather's gonna be worse in January and I'm not prepared for that.
