I think i need some help in some way loosing fat (the doctor said the baby fat will go away any day! hahaha). I have been working out alot, even more since ive been single (for obvious reasons). I am not sure if some type of motivation tool is needed like hypnotherapy, somehow pissing myself off every day (even if its a good day), or going to the extreme of diet pills. As many of us are, I myself am not happy with how i look. Yes, i have gotten stronger ( i can feel it, i feel better, healthier) but i have not noticed the "spare tire" being depressed and deflated. My whole family is big (damm Italians). Sometimes i think i was not born with any metabolism at all. weird i know....suggestions....does anyone even read this stuff? lol
