We decided not to go to the movie tonight. We're both so tired. We spent very little time working out today, then decided to come back home because we were feeling like crap. We're staying in, eating leftovers and going to bed early.

I've been working out for three weeks and I've gained 10lbs. Fortunately, I don't know where the weight went to. I think my stomach looks the same as it did when I started, so I can only assume it went to muscles. I only notice very little differences since I started, nothing that would be noticable to anyone else.

You're taking a vacation in San Diego? Might I recommend Long Beach? It's considerably more romantic. And that's not sarcasm. While the first thing most think about when you suggest a minivacation in the LBC is gang shootings and thugs cruisin Crenshaw, it's not like that at all around The Queen. Right around the Queen Mary it's a complete different ballpark and it's REALLY nice. One of the most romantic getaways you can have without taking an actual cruise. Even moreso than a cruise in fact cause that ship has so much history and just a fuckin ton of style. After the sun goes down there's like maybe 8 people on the entire ship so you can walk the whole thing by yourselves. It's just great. And it even costs less to stay there than at most hotels me and my girlfriend were staying at when she came out here. Ya can't go wrong with the Queen Mary.

oh yeah and having someone to guide you is good. like the little bracelet you guys got me, theres a saint on there that is so cool. it was a child (boy) that performed miracles back in the day. that guy George that came to the Copa with us that night (one of my coworkers, he's the one with the facial hair in the pics) well, he was telling me that when he was 9 months old, he crawled onto the balcony and fell off the edge. he said his mom screamed out the name of that saint as he was falling and George landed on his butt, got up and walked. he was 9 months old. he didnt know how to walk. and he said he only walked for that moment afterwards. he said it better, but i was like NO WAY! he said, 'yeah, see that little kid on your bracelet? thats him'. he told me his name but its a long ass name that takes like 10 minutes to pronounce.
