Stolen from my myspace blog.

It's been a few days, I have not been neglecting writing my opinions on this. I just had too many to make it into a clear concise blog worth reading. I still don't think I can manage to define the torrent of thoughts cascading through my mind, but I have to try to at least voice my opinion.

People die every day.
Old people withered heroes, with their stories untold. Good people which have devoted their lives to making those around them better. People who have had experiences I couldn't even begin to imagine. Children with the potential to change the world have their lives stolen from them before they even have the chance to make a difference. People die every day and I don't think different of it.

Music is not something to kill the silence. Music is to culture, religion, and humanity an undeniable force, a moving factor in each life. Some of the saddest and happiest moments in my life were accompanied by a soundtrack. Songs bring emotion to the surface, can elate the soul and lift us from dark places.

This was not a case of a celebrity passing away. A genius who has undeniably changed the face of music, and thus the world, left us.

On June 25th a legend, a muse died.

RIP MJ, you are not alone.

UHHH, I had to MAKE myself work out today, I was totally not in the mood one bit. I think because my body is killing me from the last couple days lol. BUT, I did it anyway, and I'm glad! biggrin But I agree, it's miserable!!! I'd rather be eating sushi and watching my favorite show or laying by the pool with an iced capuccino. lol wink
I do get in these moods where I freak out about getting fat, and I have gained a little weight so I am in that mood right now. The only problem is that I am gaining weight from working out, and I KNOW it's muscle, but it still makes me mad. It better all even out soon! LOL
Glad to see you online, btw. wink
