Time to get to WORK!
I have a game treatment that needs doing, and by golly, now that I have a clear slate, I'm going to get it done today! Whenever I have doubts that gaming is where I am supposed to be, I only need to do a bit of real work, to remind me what I'm good at. Why is it, however, that getting real work done, getting a job where you can do some, necesitates so much bullshit and hoop-jumping? Its the hoop-jumping I'm sick and tired of.
Geez, talk about a Monday morning rant.
Boat party was fun last night. Saw more of the old Body n Soul crowd gathered than any place in a year or more. Nice finish up with "Strings of Life" at the end of the evening.
My guest is gone. Edited to say I am glad for some time to get stuff done, but i was really happy to have the company. G is a swell gal. The East Coast will miss her.
