The other did I walked a mile...I started to get bored at about .47 but i made myself walk the whole thing as a warm up just so I could gauge what I did and how...then I ran the mile... then I walked another one. I need to get my body used to that much physical activity in one sitting. My lungs aren't used to all that.
I'm getting alot better. Give me a year and I'll be a completely different person. A few more months I want to start taking self defense classes. I haven't decided what kind yet. I want to know many aspects...I want to be able to kick and punch and know different ways to kill a man with my hands.
Then I want to take gun safety and then start with target practice. I don't know where all of this has come from. I just feel like in today's world I need to be ready and be able to protect myself. I don't want to be that little girl hiding in the corner in a skirt suit that has never shot a gun in her life. That's not me.
