only four or five more mondays to face this week.
This instanc eof a monday found me arguing with a Japanese press agent on what a certain phrase in english means in the US. (via translation to japanese, since I speak limited japanese and the person spoke no english)
Final decision. DO it the japanese way or else.
I'm not cut out to be subservient in business. On my own, maybe (but it's probably a stretch).
ANyway, I did get to pull out a daydream or two. I sat down with my spreadsheet and figured out that if I get rid of all my possessions, I should be able to be a beach bum for around 3 years without starving... (of course, factoring in the 3 month fat layer I already have in place.
I could go run soccer fields as a ref when I wanted to, take pictures of sunsets off the coast, make friends with all the cats and dogs in my neighborhood. Who knows, with a chance to unwind, I might even be a presentable human again
(but not normal. never normal. Normal is the ultimate insult!)
