I hate myself... Why? Because I am such a fucking fuck up...

Failure Tanya... it showed up again yesterday and I was amazed to see it back so soon since I thought it already had it's way with me.

See I fail to do a lot of things, I come off as weak most of the time because of it. And all I can...

Speaking as a molecular biologist, (commenting on yesterday's entry) I can honestly say that failure is not in DNA - that defies all principles of molecular evolution. Sorry.

Relax man, everyone tries and fails. I know it sounds trite, but it's better to try and fail than not to try at all. If you stop trying, then you'll never succeed. What do we do when we fall off the horse? smile

Sorry if I made everything worse. My mom stays she's got it going on.

Failure....

For me this word means that a goal or series of goals have not been meet, naturally I think everyone would agree on that.... Recently I have been suffering from a pretty bad case and I am just wondering ... is failure something that can be genetic. Can it be in my DNA... More to come...

The SGB show was fun! .... JaiDee I...

OK you crazy Kats here it goes...
Today is the big day, but the weather is soooo crappie.
I know there is a dinner for SGNY folks, but seeing as i'm not a member I guess i'll eat alone since jonesblj won't be able to make it back in time to grab a bite.

What time are folks showing up?

And then after the show...

Like I said, you should probably just apply (if you want to wait until after Friday, when you've seen everyone again) and you'll get in - most of your friends list is in already so I doubt it will be a problem. wink

Cat Power shows are the biggest waste of money since I bought a TV that didn't feel like turning on.

OK sooo here it goes... I was planning on seeing Dirty on Purpose at Mercury Lounge tomorrow night, but I might have to pick up a friend at the airport...

My Modest Mouse plans fell apart so I am basicly going to stand outside of Iriving one night and cry a little...

But I am seeing Dirty on Purpose at the Knitting Factory on the...

This friday a film comes out that will end the last great idea I had.... A storyline I had been working on for years. Ah well, now I have to move out into the woods and live alone... Unless I get another great idea that comes out before I make it.

At least tomorrow I get to go gaming...

Yeah, which movie?

Ahhh, yeah I was wondering if that was going to be any good, I like the idea behind it though. Don't worry, I'm sure something else will come to you! smile

::Sigh:: Today I wonder how can I get into SGNY? I know I know... I should ask folks out for drinks. But all the folks I know are from NY all seem to be wrapped up in SGNY events or this whole crazyness with Stormy... so I just go on thinking to myself, when will it be my turn!

Yesterday I came to the site, and the first thing I see is Dennis' name on the front page "what the hell!" I think to myself, God no don't let it be true. And yes, Dennis and went to film school together years ago. And he told me his tales of Chuck P and such and we had lots of things in common, but .......

Don't mind me and my stream of consciousness. You've got good tastes, especially with Boards of Canada. I once listened to 'A Beautiful Place in the Country' on repeat for about 2 hours. When I first started DJing, I played them a lot, and also Aphex Twin, the Orb, Autechre, etc. and would put people to SLEEP in chill rooms. Way to go, ME. smile

beats me.

Last thursday I had to drive my father to the set of "The Manchurian Candidate" (which is a remake and I don't agree with it being remade). Anyway, I had to drop him off on Wall St. and it wass good because I drove in at midnight and after driving around downtown I spent sometime driving around the city. It was very peaceful. Though passing...

Hey, hope you have your heat back by now. Sorry it took me so long to write back, school started back up yesterday so I've been pretty busy. We saw Underworld over the weekendt too, I've always loved vampire movies and wanted to see them with werewolves, but it was kinda disappointing. We also saw The Life of David Gale though, which I thought was really good. Why didn't you go to the SG show? I want to go this weekend, but I don't know if we'll have enough money. Take care! : biggrin

i helped throw an outlaw party down in the wall st. area years ago. it was so quiet and desolate. i loved it.
