You guys! i have tried so hard to lose weight, and it just doesn't work, ever! What is wrong with me that this yucky fat just wont go away!!! ARG!!!

You can try what I did I eat 5 little meals a day I run in the morning and workout after and after I am done working out I run again and have my last 2meals lol if you want full work out and nutrition plain let me know smile
