St Louis was the only guy who earned his paycheck tonight.
The kids didn't look too good.
The Caps just flat out skated, out shot, out thought and in general outplayed the bolts.
At one point while watching on tv at my brothers, I called down to the Ice Palace (I will NOT refer to it by it's commercialized name) and asked if someone could get a message to the Capitals' head coach and asked him what it would cost for the Bolts to BUY a goal. About that time St. Louis got one in the net and I hung up and put my debit card away. It hurt me to see them lose looking that rough, but this has been coming on the last 3 games. Maybe this will get them to refocus and get back to looking as good as they looked the first 4 games. They better pull it together fast. Otherwise the Kings are going to rip them a new one as well!
Of course I am a Kings fan, as well as Toronto, so I will have mixed feelings no matter what.
