I am currently chilling inCoco's pad with various SG members and members of the SGSF crew. (I was exci ted to meet Jade, with whom I have talked about books, and lambrettasf, who's lots of fun! Thanks also so lil_tuffy for his company.
Pleasantly drunk, I have rung in the New Year with them! I'm glad to have spent the New Years' with such an awesome crew. The Bay Area people are awesome.
Things that I am grateful for this New Years in retrospect of 2003-
- a lowered alcohol tolerandce. woohoo!
-going pink. The SG community is a wonderful and welcoming group of people.
-boys and the new boy. he has restored my faith in humanity is in his own way
-the development of my education. i'm glad to have had this growing relationship with the academic world.
-more piercings, more intellectual growth, more everything. it's just swel!!
-tuffy's pool table. I love me some pool!

hehe, a lowered tolerance is *always* good. mine is finally coming back down. for awhile, after living in scotland, it was almost impossible to get drunk, not fun at all.
resolutions are odd things. it seems like if can't get yourself to do it just cause you want to, then a specific day probably isn't going to change anything. but maybe that's just me being lazy
